i am a 100% noob to hacking how do u hack?

ok i know how to use hacks and download them thats the easy part. but really how do u make hacks? im very interested by it and i would really like to learn do u think anyone here could teach me or show me some basics so i could make my own hacks? please respond if u can teach me thanks im pretty good with computers so i think i will catch on quick. please repsond if u can help me out. thanks
