you need a good C++ programing kit such as VC++ or Borland C++.....or you could code it in C but i would not recomend it.....

Visual C++ costs money. It is the prefered way to make a hack, but not the only thing. You can get Borland's compiler for free.. but I cant remember the site.. but the full program also costs money. If you do manage to come by Visual C++, have a play around with the OGC or HLH source.. or something like that.. to see how aimbots/etc. work.

i got c++ builder but i have no idea how to use it to make hacks etc. any tutorials

Look at the source code or ogc, and learn from it.

He said he has C++ Builder, thats Borland. You cant compile OGC on Borland as far as I know, without modification. but, you can still look at the code, as stated above :)
