ogc fx client hack by sruh problem, HELP PLS!

downloaded the OGC FX Client Hack by Sruh. I extracted the files, started up the loader, started up cs 1.6. But the hack is not on during the game. I don't know what I am doing wrong pls help.

Can i get a walkthrough on installation or something? :)
