NO, but what you can do is set it to autofire and all you have to do is aim and it will shoot as soon as the enemy crosses your crosshair. WELCOME!

INSTRUCTIONS:
type all of this, to activate "auto fire":

/fire 1
/bool17 0
/bool10 0
/bool8 0
/bool9 0
/bool7 0

thats correct

/bool10 <-- is the autoaim command :D
