Play L2 outside USA

where can i buy the mothly card. most of the site selling the montly card send only to USA, and they require credit card, which i dont own..

depends on where you live,Im from the netherlands and I played another game by the devs of l2(city of heroes) for some time,used to order my timecards in a dutch gameshop.
