skills has failed..help me

after i add in config vigor condensation at after he cast the 5 spirit this is always appeared skills has failed <skillID = 261 : BasicType = 0 : Fail = 0 : Type = 0>. plz guys help me

i'm not sure about this but as long as the skill works most of the time, i just ignore that message.

besides, if you wait long enough, monsters' skills also sometiimes fail...

of course, i could be wrong...
