for skills u can guess it for example

go regional and language options in your control panel, if you are using windows XP.
Press the 2nd tab up there to "Languages", check the install files for east asian languages.

AFter install and restart, go to the 3rd tab "Advanced" select Chinese (PRC)

there arent suppose to be any problems, go in your config, set the savemap to the map u saved and it shall work fine.
