you do the tutorial above, and then you change the scrat d3d8.dll or w/e to your dll's name. LEAVE the other d3d8.dll's in the post alone. Now when you compile, the dll will STILL be named d3d8.dll, but it wont work,so you have to change its name to w/e you enter and itll work with AA.

Thats where i am right now, but im getting the runtime error. I try removing all the // from the section listed, but im still getting it. Any ideas?

You change the actual physical name of the dll in your dll linker properties. No coding required. You just have to change your loader to load the new dll.
