i have cs:cz legally purchased.. how do i go about getting the cs:s beta?

CZ owners was able to play with the beta version of cs:s for some months.
But now the beta version is removed for CZ users, and hl2 owners can play the final launch (http://www.arcetri.astro.it/irlab/Astro/space/launch.jpg) of cs:s.
