Would of been a nice hack but i would rather play the game with a hack that dont degrade the visual side of things. After all thats probably the best thing about the game is the gfx. This hack (if it does work) would be ok for peeps with crappy gfx cards.

I have a problem with the hack!!
also i have make the steps who i have read in the read me then i have started the hack make a cross in (at) directx 9.0 and in (at) wallhack then i have started it and then cs:s:
in the hack i have read than "injection succsesful" so but then cs:s dosnt started then i have restart cs:s then its gone be work (cs:s) but the isnt work and jet the hack i have restaded all but jet the hack "say" "injection faild"!!!!!!

also the hack dosnt work forme WHY??????????????

2nd : If peeps cant get the injector to run, or are having problems with it get these 2 dll's... MSVCP71.DLL and msvcr71.dll. Use google to find them, then just simply put the 2 dll's in the same folder as the IcT Dx.exe and your good too go. :)

Most of the people I know don't have top of the line cards, and above all, I don't have a top of the line card, and I didn't make this hack for anyone else except myself (same goes with Amir). We are sharing it with the public, if you don't like it too bad, your loss.

Dont get me wrong m8, props to you on making the hack, as for one i know nothing about coding, maybe i was a little to rash in my reply futher up (sorry if i worded it wrong)

N.E.ways well done as its the first public release (i think) Not only that its got a nice gui with a nice banner.

So i end with Good Work - Nice ;)

Edit: I just knocked all the visual settings to low and added mat_dxlevel 80, also stuck them 2 *.dll's in aswell but still get injection failure, just wanted to try it to see what it was like. I cant select dx8 and the only dx i installed was dx9c on installation after reformat (i clicked 9c on the hack aswell)

I followed all the instruction but it still saying injection failed because the loader was looking for hl2.exe and I don't think I have that. I can't even find the cs_source.exe. Can anyone help? thanks.

Go to your CS:S console and type mat_dxlevel 80 then restart CS:S and make sure when you type mat_dxlevel in your console it's 80 and not 81 or 90

Right click and go to open with and choose notepad. Or just open notepad and drag the .nfo into it.

I got some nice score on a 9/9 server with this lol. Runnin around wit a shotgun blastin newbs on de_dust2. Got 103 kills and 40 deaths. Was fun!

crosshair sometimes dissaperes while shooting (not your crosshair the accual game one)

make the crosshair a dot or atleast alot smaller. and make u control whats on / off with the number key arrows, people that play with the arrow keys makes it really hard to use. once u put hud back on all the setting are screwed up, some are off some are on.

Cool hack, just tired it out! Didn't know it was for CSS til today. 1 thing I did notice is I could get flashed after the maps changed. I dunno if thats normal or not! I do like it though! Maybe next time you could have it so dead bodies aren't colored!

I still can't get mine to work.
I've changed all the settings according to the readme.
All on low etc. and I've got mat_dxlevel 80 in console, this was already at level 80. Every time I load up css, it is always mat_dxlevel 80.
So I load up the ict dx.exe, and hit start, it waits for hl2.exe, I load up hl2.exe, it finds it, and it is succesfull injection. Then it loads game, I connect to a server, get in , I see no effect. I hit INSERT key and it does nothing, no menu on screen, anyone have any ideas?

Chams means that the player is one color in front of the wall, and another behind it. It's so you can tell if the person is behind or in front of a wall basically. If you want to use this, turn of Skinhack. Also, the no smoke is causing the games xhair to disapear, that's why I've put a custom one in the hack. Next update I will make it smaller and an option for a dot. And last thing, I will reinstate the numpads too, so for people that play with arrows, you can scroll through the menu with the numpad. I don't understand what you meant by when you put the hud back on everything screws up. Any pics?

Hmmmm I will look into that flash problem, and I will also address the dead bodies issue.

I think i got an idea for a nice aimbot, have you noticed that when you die, and then go to observer camera mode over your body, well then your crosshair/middle of screen automatically aims at the person who kills you and tracks it around the screen for a few seconds. Maybe theres a way to have that on always or something.

i cant make the game load up with the prefs i need for this hack.
i can just use dxlevel 80 but normal quality of models etc or dxlevel 70 and low quality models and textures.
always when i start it it says injection succed but hl.exe get closed.
btw i'm using the hacked version of source

People have confirmed the hack works on both crack version and regular version.

3PF, open dxdiag through run and look at the DirectX Version. You must have DirectX 9.0 or above to use this hack.

Try not pressing 'start' until you click on your shortcut, then once you see the Steam engine runing, click start. That's how it works for me.
