Ini Name Change

Hey everyone...here is how you change the name of your INI that the hack writes/reads all of its info in.

1) Search in EvilSettings.cpp for ".txt" or ".ini"
2) Change the 2 results that come up to "whatever.ini"
3) Look in EvilConfig.cpp and search for ".txt" or ".ini"
4) Change the 1 result to "whatever.ini"
****Make sure all three names you change are identical

Depend which source your using, if your using bc23 search for filename.ini

anything with evilhack .txt or .ini > that is what i changed and it worked great.

yeah, ive done this with my uxbot.

but someone knows how to change the armyops.ini and the user.ini in name?
it would be cool so you can have the original files to and cvar will scan those then!

its either .txt, or .ini.... it depends on your source.. search for both..

or


do a quick compile, launch the loader, set ur settings, save them.. and look in the folder and what kind of config file u have, .txt or .ini

I have the morgan source....

Isearch for this:1) Search in EvilSettings.cpp for ".txt" or ".ini"

And i found painkiller.txt Mouse settings... well you know the user.ini errors.

I search for this:3) Look in EvilConfig.cpp and search for ".txt" or ".ini"

And i found armyops.ini, user.ini

Someone know whats the name of ini PK source create?

Morgan source I think it's painkiller.bmp or jpeg or gif or something, i know its a image file.

Yeah its a bmp in PK. Your ini name is is evilsettings.cpp above your GetPrivate and WritePrivate blocks. Not hard to find. Thats what tells it to read and write to your ini.
