If I type: create object tos and want to make a copy of tos but with new stuffs, how to make the new tos room work so I can make a door or portal go to it? I really need help with this.

I'm not sure, but I thing, you most change some entries
of the kodbase.txt for create a new class for the new room
and some entries of the xxxtos.rsc and
rsc0000.rsb, that the new room works.

Sure is, you must edit the entries list for the rooms, that abut
on the new room, as well as the entrie list of the new room.
