splash logo?

I need to know how to buid in to eh mod a picture or wav file, so i could whrite a new splash.bmp with my ehmod.. any kind of help will be needed ;)

and how can i convert from wav to .ogg?

it shows you how to add a splash logo

--also.. on UC.. they have a tut on how to add a .wav file
