What .pk3 holds the skins for MP?

What .pk3 holds the skins for MP? I want to make hard code the skins without using a script. Do you know if that is possible?

My favorite program for looking at .pk3 files is linked to here:

You can browse the .pk3 files using this. Be sure to find a folder inside the .pk3 file that is named "mp" or something similiar. It will most likely contain the files you are looking for.

However, if you modify the skins, you can only play on unpure servers without PB I believe.
