ip unban ?????

I know someone who has had their ip banned for supposedly cheating on a server but they are banned from a whole network and no evidence has been posted or given. Is there any way of connecting anonymously or unbanning ???

I would of thought u could hex edit values like getip etc. I've tried getting him thru a socks proxy but I don't know if the proxy was working or not :(

Please help!!!!
