Having Problems Gettin Nemseh Activated!

I been having trouble gettin this bot to activate. I got the files in arena folder and I open the y file and then go to quake 3, then go to mods arena, then when I get to arena I press alt+f12 and it beeps. I even do a cheat 1, if I try any bool commands it says unknown command. I had it working and had to reformat this weekend. :( Cant get it back working even with starting a new config. Any Ideas?

actually if you try and get the one on the website it doesnt work, but if you get the one off the forums it works!!! Now the only problem I have is that my cl_yawspeed goes to 5 and I change it to 140 it works fine for a little while, but then it starts acting like its getting stuck, cant turn side to side! Any Ideas?
