it actually exists, on IRC in some channel (likely #mp3 or another one) there was a guy playing a shoutcast too, he had some site where you could request songs he had and teh site actually made shoutcast play teh songs :)

maybe you should ask Avaeq in #drlnet, i thought he knew.
