Sorry that this is a repeat, but i see so many people asking the the passing thing..

For more info on the BYPASSING which alot of people had been asking without reading previous threads which has mentioned how is it done, simply go to your MAPLESTORY folder, right click on maplestory.exe > properties > compatibility > Windows98/Windows ME. =.=" Simple tutorial enough?

Ok since so many people are asking for a bypass I will post a way to bypass the security system of MS. It is actually quite simple and I know it because it is an old method that was used to bypass Gunbound. Please do not abuse it and if you can do something with it that might be interesting to others why not supporting the community and posting it?
Here we go:
1. Download a program like Process Guard (http://www.diamondcs.com.au/processguard/)
2. Use it to protect the program you want to use from being read by Maple Story.
3. That's it.
This works for AC Tool and I haven't tested it with other programs yet (well Fairlights old hack was not detected but since it didn't work anymore anyway...)

edit: Hehe rayhack you were faster and your method is easier aswell. Well maybe the Process Guard method will still help somebody...

Another way is to use RootKit 2004. google for it.
Another way is to change compatibility (for winxp)
1. Right click on maplestory.exe

3. Check Run In Box.
4. Make it run in Win 98 / ME mode.

To make it simple..
For Windows XP Users,
Change compatibility
1. Right click on maplestory.exe

You will find that alot of Old Sk00l hackers still use 98se.

Besides that 98 users could try using PC security -----> http://www.tropsoft.com
as it will protect the folder that MS is sitting in.

Might work, might not ----- just thought someone might wanna give it a try as i don't play MS (yet :P)

if u use hacks for maple story, how can you get caught hacking? does maple story have sum kind of hacking detechtion, or u can only get caught by stupidly using it around a whole bunch of people?

The second question is correct. You get it patched by using it moronicly in front of lots of people. And among those people, are snitches. Some will blackmail you too probably.

Not the end of the world, but I'd rather invest my time into playing instead of trying to find ways around the patch.

u have to disable learning mode under the general tab in process guard to stop tsearch from getting read again by maplestory.exe

here's what i did:

> opened ms
> opened hack
> then terminating window appears, i click yes
> pg says it stopped ms from terminating the program
> so i started ms again
> after few secs, maple story ask for the program to be terminated again..?

pg got patched. Doesnt work anymore. Use the compatiablity bypass.

Right click in maple story -> properties -> compatiablity -> win98/me

well i tried the bypass (switching compatiblity to 98/ME) and it doenst work, i get kicked out 5 mins later, process guard doesnt work either..!

well bypassing with Win 98/ME still get detected........ it's hard not to get detected with speed hack.... too fast to get detected.
