spec hack?

Is the spec hack fixed in the newest half life version or what? I've followed all the directions on that spec hack tutorial on ogc-cheats. Maybe I'm just a newb but I've tried different variations and I still can't get it to work. Could anyone help?

but u can only use grenades not weapons m good luck hope this helps ya :D
