.gif, how do i make them?

i wuz wondering, what program do u use to make .gif's and your awsome sig's. one more thing, i'm running XP and i have a Nivida GeForce 2 Mx 400/400 (64 megs) and i can't run paint! if i need paint, plz tell me how do get paint to work again!

get Adobe Photoshop 6 or 7.
or just go to www.download.com and search after gif animator or something like this

now i need some more help, i can't download ANYTHING from ANYWHERE! i triedto disable my Firewall, but the page (for the first time) said this, "Windows cannot display the properties of this connection. the windows management instrumentation (MWI) information might be corrupted. to correct this restore to a certian time." i have always been able t disable my fire wall, this is the first time this has happened, and i don't know when this all stated, should i restore? plz help me!

yeah I say you shoulds tru to restore a few weeks back until the time when you can remember that everything was ok. That's usually the easiest way to fix things like that n XP

I wouldn't say that xp sucks though it's the most trouble-free os I've had in a long time

ya well, it still has alot of problems. ie alot of old things won't work for it! ie old software, joysticks and such. k it doesn't suck but it sure does have alot of hasseles!
