how do i use the trainer?

i download the 1.4 trainer.rar and just wondering howwould i use it.

well shoot... start with the readme that's included. they have all sorts of usefull info like where/if to installed it, how to run it, what buttons to push to make it work, what any options do, if your girlfriend has been cheating on you... stuff like that

Start trainer... start game.. use hotkeys...
