I have played on several servers and witness several people killing everyone from across the map as soon as they spawn. In one game the person had about 363 kills and the next highest was about 16.

Thanks

i always heard that the bullets and shooting and everything like that is server side so aimbots cant be created. i also heard that if poeple hack their own servers they can do weird stuff like that. but i dont think any exist. maybe they were just snipin noobs :P

I did find out if you use HMT you can edit the maps and remove fog, and add 2 scope zoom levels to most weapons but not vehicles. You can customize both zoom levels. There are more settings for walking on walls and stuff like that to check out. :-)

it is possible for an aimbot for halo, but i dont think one would be released.
the game is virtually dead anyway :/

Over 500 servers up and running and several thousand players currently playing, I would say it is far from dead.

The speed of objects like bullets and vehicles is controlled on the server side. I verified this by using HMT and increasing the speed of rockets to the same speed as the Sniper Rifle. The rocket screamed across the map and hit the Banshee with a visual explosion, but it took several seconds for the Banshee to actually be hit on the server side and go tumbeling in the air.

Aiming with your mouse and clicking your left mouse button is not controlled by the server and therefore could be controlled by an Aimbot. This is just my opinion of course.

shame eh, guess you were too slow.
as in for deadness... look at this section and how many posts it gets, i have long since stopped playing halo..

and aimbots cannot be easily created, as it requires knowlege of d3d i think.. which noone which plays halo really knows.

I don't believe you. You try to sound smart, and fail.
