What ewan means is that, if it's nothing personal, it's better to post the question here, in the thread. So other users with similiar problem can refer to it later.

And by 'asking noob question', ewan meant that IF your grf question already been answered in other threads, DONT ask. Search for it. Make sure you cannot find the answer you want, then ask :)
