help in Japanese MS!! plzz

i keep getting this msg..

do i need a japanese os in order to play JMS?
i also tried installing code thingys but i dont have windows xp pro service pack 1.. anyone know where i dl pack 1? the only thing that i could find are pack 2

I've had this problem before. Here's how to fix it:

Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Advanced

The box that shows will be divided into three parts:
*Language for Non-Unicode Programs
*Code Page Conversion Tables
*Default User Account Settings

In the first box, the "Language for Non-Unicode Programs" click the list, and click Japanese. Then click apply. You might have to insert your windows CD.

Find it yourself. 0 = not flashing. range 1-6 = flashing. TSearch the bitch.
