Ok I am kind of a noob to actools and i need help. Ok so i did what the readme said i extracted it into the macro folder of actools and the opened mysticxbot.mac. I dont know what you mean by 'uncomment 1 of the 4 playing style'. So i press start and it says '"error Include Macros\mysticxbot\bin\fightstyle3.mac' could not be found." Yeah that my problem i dont know what im suppose to do.

I wish it would attack faster cuz some ppl have speed hacks ( I set it to 1, its not helping)

So you would go into the game and change ur key settings (turn off bypass first) to match the Attack jump pickup keys in the macro.

I'd just play though because macros are just dumb bots that dont work really well and don't pick up all the items.

Hey dude... i'm still abit confused abt using the actool with mysticxbot.. i cant seem to operate it and it say fightingstyle3 not included and so i added '//' infront and press start but nth moves.. i cant choose the fighting style and cant bot ... PLS HELP !!! DESPERATE !!! :( :cry:

hm... i'm getting something buggy about fighting style 1... semly it attacks for a while in one direction but after about 60-70 slashing and dicing, it stops till i press on the movement buttons again.... could it be a flaw or something?

I would like to see some AI bots, instead of dumb macros.

Okay, There seems to be alot of people not understanding how this macro works...So ill try my best to explain it to you all.
1.you have to download AC Tools from http://www.cameroncole.com/files/actoolinstall_447.exe
2.you install it anywhere you want
3. Go to the Directory Where you installed it then open AC tool\Macro
4. Paste the folder that you downloaded (Mysticxbot) into the AC tool\Macro
5. Run the AC tool.EXE then click File>open Then browse to File In Macro\Mysticxbot Then open up the file named mysticxbot.

That should help you sucessfully open mysticxbot.mac ^^

ok i got AC tool and the mysticx bot, i have read the readme but am unclear on what the different playing styles actually do in-game. the readme is a little bit vague, is there and more detailed information you could share on editing the file for those of us who are not as experienced, such as: the meanings for the different coloured fonts, which sections can be edited and which should not be. y when i use actools on a roipe in dungen using heal on undead mushies does it like 15 mins in just stop attacking and he just bounces on the rope..

its weird so i have 2 place my guy on the ground but i dont want 2 have 2 is there a script code that will fix this thank you!

I've got a few questions, but I got the fighting part working I think. I just wanna make sure I'm clear on the directions.
1. Open mysticbot thing using ACTool.
2. Copy and paste the fighting style you want? (These two parts im confused on)
3. Copy and paste the data file into it also
4. Edit the keys, like jump and pickup

Or are you supposed to just take off the // from the Fighting style you want, and that is all?

When does the low hp command start? Like when you're at 314 or 240? Because it doesn't work for me when I reach that health, and I'm afraid of using it for extended periods of time.

Its so easy... open ACTool. Then go open Mysticbot using ACTool. How simple is that? Then edit the key commands in Mystic bot so they match your keyboard settings for Maple Story. Then choose one of the fighting styles to use.

For some reason, I can't get the healing thing to work. I set my health potion command as {PGUP}, because that is what I use ingame. And I've also tested it out by getting my hp down to 11 hp and then turning it on. It doesn't work. Does anyone know what's wrong? I'm using Fighting Style 3.

Isn't Mysticbot supposed to make you heal when you have low hp? It doesn't seem to work for me. I've changed key command for heal potions to {PGUP} cuz that is what I use ingame. i'm using the first style and it work perfectly until ard 15 mins later. i'm using a cleric and i'm hanging on ladder to heal undead mushy, first 15 mins, it worked fine. until after that, it will still hit my heal hot keys, but it din heal, restart the bot and it work fine again...any ideas? error in the bot or maple game itself?

It doesn't press my potion button when I'm at 11 hp =(. Im sure the settings are correct; my health potion is set to {PGUP}, which I use in the game. I also have the checkhealth setting to true. (checkhealth=true). And I didn't edit anything else cept for the commands and attack rate, so I don't see why it doesn't work.

Yeah i'm positive that there is a bug in the macro. Nice try on it; not like half of us could do any better. So anyways there is a prob in using potions... stop asking about it until a knowledgeable person can tell us what is wrong. File cannot be found because you didnt unizp all of the files into the write folder.

First of all, if you don't open your character and you've already started the macro... then DUH its not gonna work. It'll be pressing your attack button and pickup while you try typing in your pw.... so open it first, minimize using alt tab or any other way.

Does this happen every time you use it? Also note that it will move back and forth so its not a camping bot. Maybe you ran out of arrows? Um... if it keeps getting messed up, try making your own macro. It isn't too hard to do.

1. double click da zip file
2. click da extract button
3. click browse next to the path of extraction
5. go to where u installed ACTool using the file browser window (Default: C:\program files\ACTool\)
6. go into da macro folder (so it should be like C:\program files\ACTool\Macros by default)
7. click Ok
8. click extract
9. Open ACTool
10. Open da macro from where u extracted it

VOILA, da 10 step guide to setting it up, as detailed as posible, unless u want the mouse coridinates of the buttons, I cant' do any more

Ive tried but for some reason mine keeps not loading... This is different from other scripting for like java ((Or atleast it is here)) because I try and yet it keeps giving me gay queer errors... Someone else probably posted something like this but Im to lazy to search so:

just set ac tools to loop the macro. its an option on the right side of the ac tool window, u just have to activate it.

There are tons of people who could fix this problem and have already. I just doubt that anyone will, or at least I won't, post the fixed macro. Try figuring it out. Its not too complex. I'll give you a hint, for those who are actually intent on getting it right. Use an object mapper. (Don't ask me to explain it to you) Thats what lilboiblue did, though there was an error in the script in that area. My opinion is that people shouldn't post the fixed one and should let people figure it out for themselves.

i indeed think it's good for people to figure it out themselves. and this way them microslut nubs who don't even know how to use winrar don't get the macro.

thing is that i don't have much time to go and figure this out, im too busy rooting servers for my ddos botnet

Nobody here seems to have the "Constants Problem" like im having. When i test start the bot it says that the constants attackrate has an error. I saw a previous post that had a similar problem and the answer was to just edit the attackrate. In the mysticbot macro it says to put numbers 1~5 for the attackrate. Seeing as how im a mage i put 5. When i test start fightstyle1 the same error occured. The error is located in the fightstyle1.mac file at line 92. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. - Goodjob littleboyblue on this bot. Ive seen alot of these bots and your scripting seems like alot of hard work and sweat was put into this one.

Well... if you wanna fix it, read the helpfile, FAQ files, make a few scripts of your own, and then you won't have any problem with his bot. You'll have your very own bot that works on your computer.

anyways i gave up on mysticbot
it was just too confusing for me
i made myself a simple macro that acts almost like a human
so far ive botted for 6 hours total and leveled twice without stopping
i think im satisfied

im really new to the bottin/hacking thing and i really dont know how to do this sort of thing i downloaded the bot but when i opened it it said all these things about the buttons on my keyboard and conifguring all the settings to default and stuff what am i really suppose to do?

I assume you are also new to Windows, computers, keyboards, capitalizating words, and most of all English.

If you are too stupid to figure out how to go to the MENUS and press START... then I don't think you should be using it.
