sv_cheats read only [Archive]

I would like to know how to enable cheats in sof2 mp. I already added +set sv_cheats 1 to my target line of my shortcut but still when I open my server it says cheats are not enabled and when I try putting sv_cheats 1 and or set sv_cheats 1 in the console it says sv_cheats read only..Please help

the server... has to have cheats enabled... I believe.

DOnt think it will work with previous saved games.
Try starting a new game from the start (i know its drastic startin all over but with the extra ammo and guns ya get from start its easy)
