Yeah! the really first international free pro server is now on!!!! it's bits&bytes's server!!!

download the client from www.lineage2.com
and use the patch from the page above!
It's hosted on a dual xeon machine with 4gbs of memory and scsi drives.
The machine is in GREECE on more than 10mbps leased line.

and don't worry about emulators. it doesn't use the emu. :P
