Some short answers to the most redundant questions asked regarding this great hack. Covered versions are 1.1-3.


Ins key won't open the menu

The menu actually works but it's simply outside of your screen's viewable area. This is because it's positioned for 1024x768 by default; if your res is lower (800x600 for instance) it can't be seen. You have to either manually edit its position in the Config.ini file or set CS:S to run in 1024x768+.

The corresponding Config.ini lines for 640x480 would look like this:

Menu X=480
Menu Y=80


Can't overwrite msv*/psapi.dll files because they're locked

Don't bother. Just leave them where they are and ignore it in the readme.


No radar and defuse bar

They'll be visible only if you turn off noflash.


Which DirectX version should I chose -- 9.0 or 9.0c

Chose the one that you have. Hit Win+R, type "dxdiag" and it'll say there.


Everything works except Chams/Wallhack/Skinhack

It was bug for 1.2 and 1.3. The reason seemed to be your vid card not supporting DirectX 8. Use the Beta Fix to solve this.


Can't view the Readme.nfo file

It's a plaintext file. Open it w/ any editor like notepad.

Use version 1.3.5 with the Beta Fix.


Is this hack undetected

Yes. As of now all hacks are undetected and no server is secure. It'll change when VAC2 starts working so take advantage of this while you can.


I get a blank screen if I Alt+Tab back into the game

A bug. Don't do any Alt+Tab.


Aimbot doesn't work

Turn on Chams and/or Skinhack.

How do I know if it's injected successfuly

If you see a crosshair ontop of the game (and have enabled it) it's working.

i have the problem with *******'s v5 i deleted clinetregistery.blob and started steam engine then , and after that i set the exe to hl2.exe and tried to inject but nothing happen

Aimbot works just not that noticable, its some what a weak aimbot its in beta state. but it works you just wont notice because you actually have to have you crosshair on the enemy before aimbot will work. try it out youll see it works just not the way you expect it to

All you have to do is rename them at first (e.g. psapi.dll to psapi.dll.dll) and then copy the new ones over. Don't worry about it messing up your system somehow; others have done it before you and nothing's ever happened.

I'd try deleting ClientRegistry.blob. Worked for me. If you're not useing IcT Dx Light 1.3 try waiting a short bit after you run CS:S and only then inject. Remember that CS:S won't start before the Steam engine, so you have to wait for it to say "Engine running" too.

so the hack wont work in a legal game? cuz it works great on emp ver but not the css i bought, just cant get it to work, no ingame menu or anything, it injects great tho, just no hack in game

Works fine with a "legal" game. Could care less if it work with a warez version as we don't talk about that around here.

I updated EVERYTHING. Even the Ali Integrated chipset on my mobo, because i read some shit that Asus + Ali chipset may have some incopatibilities with directx when used with GF2 and non detanator 23.11 drivers.

Well, making a long sad story short, i've updated EVERYTHING. Nothing work for me beyond 1.1.

Well apparently it has some. BTW, it says bar, not bomb. It's just a speculation, but I think it's required to remove them to kill the flash effect. It might also be a bug, who knows.

No, it's because it removes all layers of that type. See, flash, the radar and the defusal meter use the same system. So by placing a block over that type, naturally it would block all of them.

Hi im having a problem,

i followed the guide and copied all the .dlls in but i keep getting the same error "UNABLE TO LOAD FILESYSTEM_STDIO.DLL" i have installed .NET FRAMEWORK 1.1 and done everything by the book so to speak

Some of the problems arising could be due to the fact that your card might not support DX 8.0 and nVidia cards are known to be more stable with OpenGL and have troubles with DX.

Date/Time - wth does this do? just a date/time thingy on the screen? is it for people who doesn't have a watch/clock nearby them and ask on the server "what time is it??" :rolleyes:

No Sky/Fog - err, is by removing the sky gives FPS increases? same thing with fog? (i think we can see players very far with no fog.. ?)

and about the lambert, we can't turn it on/off during in-game? (i don't see it in the menu)

I believe turning them off has no impact on FPS at all. The fog actualy is not the same as in other games, it's not the max distance you can see, just some atmospheric effects like dust and stuff. I think.

It makes the player models "fullbright". They're fully lit even in shadows, so you can easily spot them. It won't work on older DirectX 7 graphic cards tho.

You have to manually switch the team the bot will be aiming at. That's what it does.

Same thing happened to me bro. i tried, tried, and tried again to install ict but nothing... So, i deleted all my ict shit, opened a new folder on the desk top, dled ict to the folder, unzipped it to the folder, and completely reninstalled, and it worked. remember to type in mat_dxlevel 80 in the counsel, then close CSS, then start ICT and hit START, then restart CSS and it should work.

And ohhh yea, if it does not work, you arent missing much. the hack is pretty week (no offence to the hard work that went into it) and it is nothing like the old OGC's for 1.6--the modded ones by UGC and Absolution w/ headshot deluxe millions of aim vectors. cheating just isnt like it was.... sigh.
