Press the tilde key (` - Thing left of 1).

This will open the console.

Enter these:

r_shownormals (Its boolean, so 0 or 1 to turn off / on)

r_showtris (Its boolean, so 0 or 1 to turn off / on)
- Some people like this better then shownormals

r_gamma (0 - 5 I believe, this will let you up the light a little )

r_fogdistance (You can edit the fog this way. 0 - 9999)

r_drawfog (Its boolean, so 0 or 1 to turn off / on)

There are many other commands but these are the only ones I see you guys using. Feel free to post any other commands you feel worthy. BTW, explore the commands using the command cmdlist.

You can also explore the commands by trying each letter.
Typing in r_a will bring up all commands that start with r_a...

Hey i know your cvar patch is for the new patch that just came out for sof 2, but everytime i connect to a server (that is 1.01) it get an error stating "Server/Client mismatch 1.00/1.01" So did i do something wrong other than copy it over my "mp" icon? I know it make my icon run 1.01 but i fear i didn't patch anything and thats my problem, but i dunno so lemme know wut u think bro.

Installed SoF2? Good. Installed the Patch? Sweet. Made a copy of your original sof2mp.exe file? Excellent.

Now right click and download the 16ounce file. Now, Make sure it's called CVAR_Hack.rar and open it. Then copy the sof2mp.exe file inside it to your directory, overwriting the original (remember that backup you made?).

Play.

You'll want to use a script (posted here already) to turn off and on the various cvars. Myself, I use [S][D][F] for Left, Back, Right .. so I did the following ..

bind w r_shownornals 0;
bind r r_shownormals 1;

Works like a charm.

u see white lines over each side of a model (i.e each corner etc...)so it looks very crappy except on walls so u see this thing shaped as a body with white lines sticking out of his body thru the wall...
its pretty useless to use Shownormals...
i suck more with that enabled

Hmm. well Mrmerc instead of binding 2 diff commands all u really need to do is toggle /bind <key> toggle r_shownormals. Just a little info if you werent aware. And as for outlaw, no they cant dettect it , they only see you tracking through walls :) try not look at the lil white dots too much :) practice with it and in due time you will come acustom, I cant stand it after using some of the stuff i had in q3 but hey its great for that close game.

If people thought that you were cheating, Try not making it so obvious that your using the wall hack, Ive used the quake 3 wall hacks alot so im used to not just looking straight at the person when they are on the other side of the wall and then jumping around corner and popping their @$$.. Try not to make it so Obvious..

And yes, The admin of the server can see if your cheating or not, Well I am not for sure if it does this when you are just using the cvar hack, But when i used my wall hack in q3, not using cvar, the 1.31 wall hack, It shows all the files that i have using when i connect to server so admin can just look at that and see your files what you have loaded.. Again, not sure that it does this when you use cvar hack..

Another question, Have any of you heard about an 'Aimbot' for sof2? I was getting called one the other day, and I told people that one hasnt even been released.. So i was just wondering if one has or hasnt been released, Pls post back or email @ yobabydaddy21@hotmail.com if you have info on it..

Oh, btw, 16ounce and others, i was screwing with the cvar hack last night, and sometime i made that scrolling up in the top left corner go away... it dont show on the screen, but it still shows in console =/

Also, When i use r_shownormals.. Why does my FPS get low as Hell?? I usually get 140, it drops to about 40 when i use it.. Should i try another cmd besides r_shownormals? let me know :)

Works on pure servers and unpure servers.. Download the cvar hack.. Be sure to make a copy of your sof2mp.exe just in case.. then install the hack.. The hack will put a new sof2mp.exe in your sof2 folder.. you dont have to do anything else.. just run the game.. if it works it should say 16Ounce at the bottom when you are loading the game..

Some cmds for it are:

/r_shownormals 1 to enable wall hack
/r_showtris 1 Some people like it better than shownormals, i prefer shownormals tho..

just type in /r and it will give you a list of other commands you can use.. I found the fog one very good for foggy maps.. gets rid of the fog almost.

The only problem I've had with r_drawfog is the visible range of the map. Because people wouldn't normally be able to see too far through the map due to fog, the clipping at range is terrible once fog is removed. Are there any known variables to lengthen this clipping range?

It's called a readme file, or take the time to read the PINNED post at the top of the forum (yes the 1 w/ 4 pages). and you should already have a background of editing and scriptin if u r so called learnin C++.

1. Make sure your copy is the orginal copy
2. Patch it from 1.00 to 1.01
3. replace sof2mp with the one your download

If still don't work .... uninstall ....reinstall it then do it again

well i use 16 ounces hack alot when i go onlto ctf i use it the most the no fog cheat and no aimbot cause it dont work on the big maps but i kick ass sniping with no fog it is a great hack well done and the aimbot is good when it dont aim at walls but i look like a donkey just looknig at the wall lol
