I want some neon skins.
Red for the Terrorists and Green for the Counter Terrorists. I'm not looking for chams right now, just some simple, straight to the point neon skins. They should be fairly easy to make. I have no skill or experience at all working with graphics or skinning, so if someone here can do it please hook us up. Since custom skins are allowed I figure this is as close to "cheating" as one could get without being banned when Valve implements VAC in the near future.

By the way, can we make these neon skins under some onscure name so they can't be detected or even give them defualt names? This way they can't be traced later.
