kk, so i get to the part in Sandtraps when the ant lion king/boss comes. so i start running away and a woman with a mounted gun starts shooting at the ant lion kind and so i start shooting. i throw a grenade and the ant lion kind blows up and is gone. the thing is, the white door opens and an alien comes out in front of me, but doesnt do anything. the door is shut and locked and i dunno how to continue on... is there an alternate way around this crap?

you need the pheremone or the next part is no fun.

Go over to the antlion and see if the pheremone dropped before you use the no clipping method. If you pick it up, perhaps it will trigger the next sequence in the game.
