umm first of all i never replaced any DLL's ..they worked just fine for me without replacing them so im guessing the only reason he included those dll's is for those that didnt have framework 1.1 or any kind of vb net files installed....in other words i dont think those dll's in the system directory will get you banned...just the ict..or icx dll...whatever...

oh and for those that didnt already know...counterstrike has always sucked and still does...but majority plays it so i do too unfortunately...ravenshield is way better.....-=oP

you don't need to format, well atleast I didn't. I just made sure my startup folder was clear of anything bad. and deleted all the hacks off of my comp. I even deleted everything in my steamapps/email/ folder because when you restart the game, it all shows up again but all default files.
Now when i go to play on VAC I just make sure I restarted my comp from the last time I used a cheat

smart asses, those are perfectly normal dll's, you only need to put them for a case you dont have them.
the program uses those dll's for some stuff, so if you dont have them it wont work.
i had all of the dll's so i didnt need to transfer any, and its working fine.

So the DLLs are unmodified? Why then in the FAQ does it say to rename the old ones and then move the new ones if the file is "locked"?
Im confused

Weird!
I didn't have to copy these DLLs to my SYS32 directory for the hack to work. As far as I know, as long as you leave these DLLs in the same directory as the hack exe then it should work. Then again, I am running XP SP2 so these DLLs or at least compatible versions of them are probably already in my SYS32 dir.

I dont know much about this stuff so I can comment on if there is any diffrence (all the dll's in my folder were the same size as the ones I replaced them with). I renamed them to something id remember, I put CSS in front of the dll's I renamed.. do that next time =] You might be able to do a dll search on google, I know there are sites dedicated to providing DLLs. Look for the specific names

look, if the hacks works so it means you got all of the stuff needed.
the dll's are for a case you dont have them, and i think most of the people do, and most of the people got framework installed.
first check if the hack works, after that try doing the other things

I heard on no-Steam even if you get kicked by VAC you wont get VAC detected. Plus, there is a "surprise" update this week so if it turns out to be VAC, we will start implementing our VAC evasion measures into the hack :)

Just to let you know:
The msvc****.dll files are just plain ordinary MicroSoft Visual C Runtime files - they are distributed freely by MS. Not modified in ANYWAY and will not get you banned.
Also: Parse - you should alter your readme and read MS before telling people to replace files in SYSTEM32!
MS states that C-Runtime files should NOT be placed in system32 they should be loaded from the application's directory - thus removing the risk of conflicts with versions already installed on the user's PC....
P.S. Bloody nice hack! Keep up the good work!

First of all, is it not the only way, it is the dumb way. Ok this is simply (and i'm sorry for saying) retarded!
Dude, go to *:\Windows\system32\dllcache
It's where windows store backups for your dll files that are on system32. Did you ever wonder where windows take files from when you replace a system file and magically the original one comes back? From there! If you don't find there, browse the windows CD, they must be there in the I386 folder. Probably compressed, so you have to use expand.exe to extract the file.
This format thing reminds me that one time a customer service of BellSouth told me that. Awnser: Really? Looks like you should be here, and I should be on your seat.
