whats " Scroll Lock " and how is it done

in heaps of pk games lately ive been seeing people whinging about people using Scroll lock or something . what is it and how is it done

Hey man, i didnt know about this til like 2 weeks ago or somethin too. if u use maphack, u can scroll lock. u press the button on ur keyboard that says "Scroll Lock" then u use teh arrow keys to move around, and u can go look farther than where you are. so then when you step out and shoot your enemy from like sooo far away that u usually cant, thats scroll hackin
