How To improve fps

This was posted in other forum (i'm not allowed to say, because is *ilegal* forum. ;P)

So, pasting all what matters in that post follow:

1 - r_3dsky 0 (takes away the 3d sky)
2 - r_shadows 0 (takes away the shadows)
3 - cl_show_splashes 0 (removes splashes from the water)
4 - r_drawrain 0 (removes the rain)
5 - r_decals 0 (removes bullet marks)
6 - cl_ejectbrass 0 (stops bullet sheels ejecting)
7 - cl_show_bloodspray 0 (no blood spray)
8 - Got your own tweak that works? Post it in the channel and ask for it to be added!
9 - gl_clear 1 (disables the some what buggy sky)
10 - r_dynamic 0 (removes dynamic lights)
11 - fog_enable 0 (removes the fog)

Perhpas its just me, but i tried this and now my IcT DX Light 1.3 does not work anymore.

It reset my model quality.. had to set it to low, CSS removed these entries from my player.cfg file. Now everything is reallllllll laggy, what did I do wrong =p?
