is there away to use a proxy with ragnarok if youve been ip banned and no im not talking about "roproxy"

yeah the same here... it's because of the philippine server banned international players from connecting.. that's why only net connections from the phils is accepted. Is there anyway to get through this? i know a proxy works, but is there any other method because i cant find a proxy server thats free for me to connect to. I really miss pRO. They say that they did something with gateway restrictions
