Yes it should work. PunkBuster is the same for both games. The fix should actually work for any game that supports PB.

If you have a hardware ban in UO, then you have one in CoD. If you are Global GUID Banned in CoD, you are not in UO because UO has a different CD key. This has been said a million times.
