Program to create custom Folders?

i want to make custom windows folders but i cannot find the program to do it, can anyone tell me the name of the program or even a link?

please explain more clearly what you want, do you want to make a custom icon for the windows folder or what???

u know how the windows folders are just that plain orange/yellow color, well i want to be able to make folders different colors and also folders with writing or design on them

theres a program called icon something or other, its from stardock

all that prgram does is change the folders and icons with other folders and icons, it doesnt let u make them, but thanks anyways, when i find a program that lets u make them ill be all set

im certain you can put in your own icons..get michaelangelo, it converts jpegs and gifs to icon and cursor files
