How to get to snow city?

I've heard that some ppl are able to get inside snow city and they said its through the dungeon. but i went to the deepest part of the dungeon but its a dead end. anyone knows how?

You heard wrong.

The snowy planes can be reached by sailing on a ship to Ossyria.

The ship can be found in Ellenia, thought it isn't available for use yet.

This is only available in the Korean version, In Global it is disabled, along with Rooney in Ellinia.

In 0.7 or so there was a hack that would let you get to ossyria, there was no enemies and only like half an area, then the server would kick you.. i dont think thats still possible though.
