Bugged save game (bad english)

What is a bugged save game in D2?

I have used this proggie (http://www.mpc.turbohost.net/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=6813), but i dont understand it.

I have started D2 in window mode, launch Loader.exe and dupebot.exe. The Proggie has started a game and then?
