I think i found a beta2 bot!

I've been trying it out for a couple days now, and unless stalin is collecting accounts before he strikes, this cheat appears to be honest. He hasn't even touched my 100k and items, and the last IP thing has only pointed to me, so I'm pretty sure it works.

Oh right, it got me about 4 levels in an hour, so i'm pretty happy. pretty soon i'll be back to were i was pre-beta2!

I met this guy in a irc channel and buddied up to him and he gave me the link to a makeshift webpage:

Hrm... I"m still kinda wary about trying it... maybe it's not working is because it's doing a key logger thing and has just sent your pass and login out to the stalin guy. maybe Karyna is the same person as Stalin.... a conspiracy... QUICK! Change your password! ;) :confused:

Hey Jun, you seem all knowing and stuff, and as far as i know i've been a good little boy one santa clauses list....well...other than that one thing....umm..and that other...and then theres that...but nevermind all that...for the most part i'm deserving. You could just share all the knowledge u have about all the bots of all kinds that are out for beta 2. It would save me alot of web/forum/chatting browsing, and others too...so whatcha say? :) you would become my hero...i already dream about your little picture u have on the left :P....so well....what do u say? "private"....dude i hate that word, and apez and kyne suck for it. My opinion of course, great bots they create, but not right to be private. private to test it, ok i get that, but private forever....i disagree. Once i finish my programming classes and i go into back bots and such....the word "private" will not be on anything i ever create. But Jun if u do deside to make it "private"...lets not forget me hehe.....you know the one who so admired your....assets. and the one who sent in 2 working packet editors here earlier.....or might as well say this now...."working for me anyways"....i will keep sending in my finds.

Since this is a nice little RO hacking comunity, if I make a bot just like you said the testing will be private and when its finish I will release it to the public. (If I make one that is ;) ) BTW dont trust krysna. Hes been posting out bot that are Keylogger and one have trojan in it.

The thing is, no one has any clue wtf Gravity is gonna do in the 3 months they go down. They mighth improve RO or just let it sit there as it is (lag + bot), but if they do improve, they "might" make an anti cheating thing or somewhat (auto kick ?). Thus, most bot makers are waiting to see what'll happen before dedicating any more time to cheating. I guess Kura figured that Gravity will crack down (finally, after all they did suspend Kura's acct *although it wasn't bot related) on botters and such.

Theres is no perfect anti-cheating tool to prevent cheating. NProtect is a useless piece of crap, all it does is search the running processes and will close any illegal processes. All you have to do is wait for RO has fully loaded and when your IN GAME just alt-tab to windows and run your illegal stuff ;]. I personally think they should atleast do the anti-alt-tab thing to prevent some noobies from cheating. Just my two cents...

Err... sorry, but I'd have to say that's a bad idea. I play RO in windowed mode so I can chat/surf/do whateva whenever I CTRL-Click on a monster heh. So if they kept me from using ALTtab, then I'd go crazy!
And plus, I don't think they can, since ALT-Tab is part of Window's core features.

I cannot seem to access the linked site. Oh and the first post said something like "I found a new bot and am hopefully getting ro packets" (something like that). What the hell bot was it? no link, no web address come on man help us computer illiterate ****s bot on iro lol.
