Pb_kick whatever
Because when they get 10/10 in one round you get kicked in official servers saying Player Vote [Admin Decision] when they get the whole 10 votes.

So if they are pb kicking you and they get 10 you will get kicked for 5 mins, nothing really, just join another server ;)

ok, it was on a US server, just never seen the message. Didnt get kicked, just wondered what that message was

Going on Army Official servers doesnt mean this won't happen, this happens on any server when people start pb_kick 'ing you.
So this can't be avoided unless you have a private hack, which of course we won't talk about here.
