u can just get any macro, put attack/target/pick up in the skill slots (5,6,7 i use), set macro to hit 6 wait a second, then 5, wait 4-7 seconds (depending where ur training) then hit 7, wait a second, 7, wait a second, 7 then repeat, some macro programs have loop others dont, so just copy paste it a billion times.
