Has anybody been wondering how to do the Gravity Jump?

Well, I have some demos to show you how, and what cool places you can get to with it.

This one shows you how to do it:

Need to extract it with winrar.

Just put these demos into your steamapps\username\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp
And type into console: playdemo (moviename)

For example: playdemo hightop

If anyone wants me to record more, just ask.

Yeah guys did u know if u put like grav gun then jumped changed weapon then back to grav gun while holding mouse 1 its mad air so i experimented i binded Q to lastinv;wait;lastinv;wait;lastinv;wait;lastinv;wai t;lastinv and spammed Q while holding mouse1 down talk bout air u outta try it sometime :)

Don't do that, I found a way to blast yourself at least 20 times higher than that.

i cant get it to work it keeps saying gameinfo.txt doesnt exist

I cant get that jump to work. Ive seen it done before and i shoot it perfectly but it never flings the object in to the air, i just sit there on the floor.

All you do is create a makeshift lever (seesaw aka teetertotter). Stand on one end, grab the ball and fire at the other.

cool as hell veggie. I can do it fairly well now-- But your link for showing cool places to jump to won't allow download from angelfire. It says they don't allow offsite linking or some crap

check out this link for a krazy vid on gravjumping and bunnyhopping. They are getting through levels in under 8 mins, this is absolutely the coolest thing. they have grav jump down to a freakin' art form
