Hey I just started playing this and im stuck lol... anyway can someone tell me what to do here, its in chapter 3.

That's simple, all you do is pick up the cinder blocks, place them on the end of the wood next to the wall, then when you have about 5 or so, get on the wood, and jump to the platform on the right side.

Yeah man, just pick up shit, put it on the 'see-saw' type thing, and eventually you will be able to use it to get onto the 2nd level... BTW, use your SMG grenades! :ermm:
