editing a dll file

I have the Mystic Multi Hack for CS, And I want to change a few things in it so it would be better? But the things i want to change are in the dll file. How do i get in the dll file and edit it? and with what software and where can i get it?

it's is only possible to hex a .dll file and that won't do much good if you want to change bind names etc. other then that you will require the source code for that hack which in turn can be edited with any c++ program suc as MSVC++ etc.

Ok, I got the scoure code and i have edited all the stuff in it like i want it. but how do i turn it into a dll file?

folder are:
loader
ogc.dll
They are the folder names.

so how do i make it so i turn them into a dll?

add all the files to your current project in msvc++ and compile it

if you don't have msvc++ you can also use boreland compiler (it's a free one) but it's a bit more complicated then MSVC++ so...
