Can Someone Help Me I Want To Run Punkbuster On My Server But I Know There Are Configs That I Can Use That Allow Punkbuster To Be On But Don't Be So Aggressive! I Want My Server To Have The Appearance It Is Punkbuster Protected!

By default, PB is pretty weak as far as taking screenshots, filtering out bad players, etc.

Well as you know on alot of servers there is a config file that is called in the command line of the program link. there is a cvar named sv_punkbuster, it must be set to 1 for what you want. 2 for PBSV version 1 which is the extreme PB kicking monster. if you go to TWL's site they have these configs but you will have to edit them unless you want your server to run like you were in a TWL match.
