does someone know a documantation about HL and talking with an external programm with the HL - console.

i mean - i type some kind of command in the HL-Console and my external programm gets this command and can write back into the HL - Console

ehm try HLSW if you have rcon access, or do you mean talking to your HL console on the same PC?

example: i type "notepad" into the hl console and my external programm starts up notepad und write back "notepad started" into the hl console
