Question 'bout maphack

Can blizzard detect this if i use this on Bnet server (Northrend in my case) ??? I was wondering coz i'm not going to screw my bought cd key by just fooling around with some maphack. If so i won't use the MapHack,

They could if an enemy notices you are MHing and save the replay and send it to Blizzard. Insta-Ban from what I am hearing.

Actually i put it wrong, I want to know if blizzard/bnet can detect that you have a maphack installed and you are using it. You played some games etc but nobody noticed it because you used it so that it doesn't notice so your opponents do NOT think you are using a maphack and do not take any action. Will blizzard's servers (northrend for me) detect that ???

As of now, Blizzard has no way of knowing that you are maphacking except by reviewing replays. However, once the next patch is released kiss the maphack goodbye.........that is at least until someone releases a new one ;-)
You see, all the maphack does is tell the computer to show you what it already knows..........everything.
I mean think about it, replays wouldn't be possibly if your opponenet's computer wasn't constantly sending you all info. So, all the maphack does is show you this.
Blizz can't detect it for this reason.......it doesn't even show your allies the whole map, just your comp.
