it is possible but only on an dual OC-48 connection, and I doubt that he pays for it since that would mean he puts out $100,000+ per month only for his internet connection so... you see how it IS possible but at the same time is impossible :p

I know how he got that, he cancelled the dl right before it would finish then started it up again. Fast Computers move too fast to give you any visuals to see it. But on a computer that's like 800mhz more or less, but its actually a measure of the bus rate and transfer speed with in the computer.

all I can add is: why is the address scribbled out... it seems like this might mean that he is either downloading off lan as m1-k3 said or he found a site which would fake your download speed by letting you download small files hacked to seem bigger (the program thus thinks that the download speed is huge because the file is downloading really fast and supposedly has a large file size but actually is only a few 100 kb but is hacked to tell the download software that it is over 40Mb)

If you were posting here about a real connection speed, then I would probably tell you about the connection I'm using, but in any case.. Thread Closed.. I'll be moving this to Off Topic..
