help with bot faster walking and faster ai

guys, can u pls help me with my bot? i want to make my bot walk smoothly or walk faster, also i want it to attack faster.. he has some type of delay when walking and attacking.. i use modkore hybrid. can u give me a sample of a gud config? thanks!
